Forcibly Remove Printer

Print Server Properties

  1. Open Windows Settings
  2. Search for Printers and open Printers and Scanners
  3. Scroll to the bottom and click Print Server Properties
  4. Open the Drivers tab
  5. Select and Delete
    • Remove the driver and the driver package

Print Management

Search for Print Management in the Start Menu

  • HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Printers\Connections
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Printers
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Environments\Windows NT x86\Drivers\Version-3
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Environments\Windows x64\Drivers\Version-3
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Environments\Windows x64\Drivers\Version-4

Driver Store

Download the DriverStore Explorer or open each inf file inside of each folder in C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository
