Get a 2-Factor Code

To perform these steps, you must be in either one of the offices or connected to the VPN!

1. Connect to the icRouter at your office
   • It should be named something like https://icRouter.Office.example.com
2. Sign in using your username (the part to the left of the @ in your email address) and your current computer password
3. Click the button to request a new OTP seed
4. Open the Authenticator app on your mobile device – How to install
   1. Remove any existing 2-FactorCodes for the office
      1. Android: Press and Hold on a code and press the delete icon in the upper-right corner
      2. iPhone: Open the menu in the upper-right corner and choose Edit, press the pencil icon to see a delete option
   2. Scan the QR code
      • This is the only time this QR code will be visible
      • Requesting a new OTP seed will invalidate all previous OTP seeds
